Food Coma
Let me give you my definition of a food coma. A food coma is when you eat a ton of food and fall asleep not too long after that. I would probably associate a food coma with breakfast instead of lunch or dinner. If you wake up early and can't immediately fall back asleep, eat something. You might even have a food coma!
