Eat Twice a Day


I am not a doctor or nutritionist. Now with that out of the way, here's what I do to stay in the Normal category according to the BMI chart. My metabolism has slowed down over the years and I have had to substantially change my dietary habits so that I could stay in the healthy Normal weight range. First, I only eat twice a day. Breakfast around 8 AM and then dinner around 4:30 PM. What happened to lunch? I am just not hungry. I can't really explain it. I deleted Pizza Hut's number from my phone. I rarely eat hamburgers anymore. Pizza and hamburgers are probably the worst foods you can eat if you're trying to stay in the healthy Normal weight range. I eat a ton of grilled chicken. I order the grilled chicken wraps at Wendy's all the time. I still can't quit soda, though. Coke and Pepsi are amazing but I don't overdo it. As far as snacking goes, I try to eat bananas. I also weigh myself every day so that I am aware of my weight.
