That's right. You don't need to create an account to submit links. Isn't that awesome?
Well, how will I know if my submission makes the front page?
You will be e-mailed (if you choose to enter your e-mail). Submissions are manually reviewed and only so many can be approved on a daily basis.
How can I improve my odds of having my submission being chosen for the front page?
The link must be interesting. Is there a blog post about a new iPhone or Android cell phone? That could get posted. A news article? That might work. Cool videos or pictures? That has potential as well.
